Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are not required, walk-ins are always welcome. Although, we strongly advise appointments made in advance to best accommodate your busy schedule. Walk-ins will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
What Haircolor do you use?
Our Advanced Colorists use Goldwell, AVEDA, or L’Oreal based on your desired results. Other Haircolor lines can easily be converted to a Formula perfect for you.
What is the age requirement for Spa and Salon services?
In our Salon, children must be 5 years and older to receive services. Please be considerate, for the comfort of our Guests we discourage bringing children under the age of 5 to the Salon. If due to uncontrollable circumstances, you need to bring your young child(ren), we kindly ask that you supervise them carefully. Unfortunately, if your child(ren) becomes disruptive, we may ask you to kindly reschedule your appointment to a time that better suits you.
Minimum age for Spa Services is 13 with a Legal Guardian present during treatments. Age 15-18, a parental consent form must be filled out by a Legal Guardian.
Is gratuity included in pricing?
Gratuity is not included in any of our prices. A 15%-20% gratuity is customary when treatments are performed to your satisfaction. Gratuity envelopes are available at the Reception for your service providers. Gratuities are only accepted in the form of cash.

Hours are extended during holidays such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day, and Christmas. We are closed on major holidays such as Memorial Day, July 4th, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
All appointments in excess of 2 hours require a 50% deposit. Deposit is refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance. We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointments in a timely manner so that we may offer your appointment to another Guest on our Waiting List.
Where can I store my personal belongings during treatments?
Our Spa provides all Guests with a private locker and a key to store your valuables. We suggest you leave all valuable jewelry at home. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, or Mastercard. Travelers checks are accepted if your service price exceeds the value of the check. Gratuities cannot be added onto any credit card or check transaction. An ATM machine is provided for your convenience.
Can I purchase a Gift Card over the phone?
Gift Cards in any denomination can be purchased over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard. Gift Cards are beautifully wrapped, personalized, and sent to either you or your gift recipient.
