Gratuity

An 18% Gratuity based on original service price is suggested. We kindly ask that all gratuities be made in the form of cash; envelopes are provided for your convenience at the Reception Desk.

Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24-hours advance notice is requested to avoid charges for cancelled treatments. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of treatment will result in a 100% charge of the service amount.

Check-In

Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your first treatment if you intend to enjoy a Swiss Shower prior to your service. If you prefer to shower after your service, we kindly ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment in order to prevent delays for other guests and to ensure that you receive the maximum experience we can provide throughout your visit.
